Kundalini is the immense reservoir of vital energy that lies within us. But it is dormant – hence esoteric texts refer to it as a sleeping serpent that is coiled at the base of the spine.
All true spiritual progress (regardless of one’s spiritual path) happens when this ancient force is awakened and moves up thru the subtle spinal centers (known as chakras). The result of Yoga and Meditation is to facilitate the awakening of Kundalini safely and naturally.
Take-Aways from the event:
What is Kundalini and why should it be awakened?
How is it related to the chakras and sushumna (the deep spine)
How do yoga techniques and meditation awaken kundalini?
Is it safe to work with Kundalini?
