Campbell is the host of the podcast Polly Campbell, Simply Said, a contributor to Psychology Today and her articles also appear regularly in print and online publications. She is a frequent keynote speaker, and guest on podcasts and other programs.

Campbell has studied psychology, resilience, and success strategies for two decades and uses the principles she writes and talks about in her own life as a wife and mother and a professional woman living with chronic illness.
