In this special 2-hour online event join author and teacher of healing and shamanism Llyn Cedar Roberts in an experiential event to recover our natural human capacity for grace and a deep sense of belonging with the Earth. You will also learn about the energies coinciding this day according to the Mayan tradition, offered by Sayre Allyn Herrick

As you embark on this healing journey Llyn invites you to:

• Rest your eyes and mind to enter into an expanded state of consciousness
• Connect with a spirit ally to track your own wild wisdom pathways
• Transform personal and societal ideas and fears that suppress wild intelligence
• Open your sense and feeling channels to communicate with the creative power of the Earth

Note: This workshop will be a guided audio-only shamanic experience. Participants are asked to wear loose and comfortable clothing; be in a protected space where they will not be disturbed; build in time after the session to write in a journal, reflect, or do some simple stretching. It is also recommended that participants settle in at least 10-20 minutes prior to gathering to allow the events of the day, and any concerns, to settle. 

Llyn Cedar Roberts, MA is an award-winning author and acclaimed teacher of healing and shamanism. She is the founder of the Olympic Mountain EarthWisdom Circle and of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide. Sayre Allyn Herrick has assisted and participated in transformational programs with Llyn Roberts for over 15 years. She holds a B.A. from The Evergreen State College. She is an assisting guide for Hoh Rainforest wilderness retreats, is a member of the board of directors of the Olympic Mountain EarthWisdom Circle and a practice mentor for Shamanic Reiki Worldwide. Sayre is the daughter of Llyn Cedar Roberts.
