Where There's a Will - by Jeanine Horton

by EW Staff

When I was a child my family and I moved to Spain. Coming from Bellevue to a very beautiful island in the Mediterranean, yet not as modern as Bellevue, made it very difficult for my mother to adapt. There was no tooth paste or washing machine or dryer and I could go on and on.

She found a ways to make ends meet, like making me finger paints from cornstarch and water and boiling vegetables to get colors like onion for yellow and beets for red, cabbage for green etc. When I got a little older, I remember asking her, "Mom, how do you know how to do all this?"

And she said, "Well, where there is a will, there is a way. You have to be creative, but most of all you have to ask your guides how to do what you want to do. They will always help you and they will always be there for you. Just listen and be in touch with your instincts."

Fast forward to our Corona Virus pandemia.

It has now been over 2 months since the COVID-19 Quarantine started where I live. The entire world is severely affected and the death toll is in the several thousands. More than 50% of us are barely having any income, and yet, people throughout the world seem so much more united. We are all learning how to adapt to these exigent circumstances as best we can. Life as we knew it will never be the same. Now is the time to consult with our higher self, guides and angels. They are part of each one of us, ready to give us answers and wisdom if only we ask. Don't give up! If one door doesn't open, try the next. There Is a way to live like this and it will be better for all of us and the entire planet.

I have figured out how to use Zoom and Skype for providing Reiki services through the East West bookshop. Of course this will be at a much reduced price.
Please contact me/us and I will be happy to help you with addressing the issues you are dealing with.
Be well, 💜💙💚

    Dear Jeanine,
What a beautiful message! Your mother sounds like an amazing and adventurous human being.
I have always loved the sayings : "when one door closes , a new one opens and especially "where there is a will there is a way. Thanks for the reminders.
    Love & Light,
    Arisa
