Join us for the East West Group Meditation and embrace the serenity within!

Meditation is for everyone. It requires no belief system. Study after study has shown the multiple benefits of meditation on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It also it the most direct and time-honored tradition of establishing a personal perception or experience of transcendent realities whether approached devotionally, metaphysically, or energetically.

The East West Meditation Group provides an opportunity for everyone to gather, regardless of level of experience (even to having no experience!) to learn and practice meditation in a supportive environment. Each gathering will include a 30 minute guided meditation and also explore such topics as:

How to relax the body at will
How to work with the breath to focus the mind
How meditation transforms emotion into intuitive feeling
How to establish your own meditation practice and stay inspired

And much more!

Sessions may include: Affirmations, guided visualization, and chanting.

This offering is led by several Ananda Meditation teachers.
