Product Returns
Products purchased from East West can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product to be returned is in new and sellable condition, including with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
Refund will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase, and if to credit card, must be to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
East West charges a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
East West does not accept returns for the following: Sale or used items, opened CD’s, decks or crystals.
Event Tickets
Online Events and In-Person Events
All events whether online or in-person are refundable until 72 hours prior to the event, and will be refunded in same manner as original payment. No refund will be issued if refund is requested less than 72 hours before event begins.
If an event is cancelled, purchaser will be notified as soon as possible and their ticket purchase will be refunded in original form of payment.
